March 24th - April 30th

Kentucky Blood Center and Fayette County Public Schools are teaming up for the first-ever FCPS Blood Battle, a competition between the six traditional high school in Lexington to see which school can register the most blood donors.

Supporters can donate at their school blood drive or at one of KBC's two Lexington donor centers between March 24–April 30, 2025!

Donors will receive a KBC thank-you item and should remember to tell a KBC staff member which school you are supporting. Parents, teachers, alumni and friends are encouraged to come out and support your favorite school's effort to win this competition.

To schedule an appointment, click the donor center or mobile drive links below or call 800.775.2522. Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, be in general good health, show a photo I.D. and meet additional requirements.
