It's Big Blue Slam time at Kentucky Blood Center!

Kentucky fans, we need you to channel your Big Blue passion Jan. 27–31 to help us beat Florida in the annual blood battle and help save local lives. The friendly rivalry with the Gators helps stock the blood shelves in the winter months when weather and illness can hinder collections. 

KBC leads the competition with LifeSouth Community Blood Center 10-6 and has won the last four years. 

Blood donors will receive an exclusive Big Blue Slam retro T-shirt as a thank you for saving local lives. 

Do You Bleed Blue?

All eight KBC donors centers and mobile drives, including at the University of Kentucky, will participate. Hours of operation and links to schedule are below. KBC, the largest independent, full-service, nonprofit blood center in Kentucky, has been saving local lives since 1968.
