Hats off to you for being a lifesaving blood donor.

When donors give blood with Kentucky Blood Center this May and June, they will receive a limited-edition gray and navy trucker hat featuring KBC’s establishment in 1968 (while supplies last).

The hat will kick off a summer full of fun thank you items and giveaways during an important time of the year. Blood donations historically drop off during the summer when schools are out and families are on vacation. However, the need for blood continues and the demand for blood has continued to outpace the number of donations, putting local hospitals in a constant state of urgent need and the lives of local patients at risk.
